在国际项目管理中心的资助下,由哈尔滨工业大学、圣彼得堡国立大学主办,中俄等离子体物理应用技术联合研究中心承办的第六届中俄等离子体物理和应用研讨会暨第二届等离子体物理暑期学校定于2020年7月20日到7月28日召开。此次会议将采用线上方式,邀请了等离子体物理领域的中俄著名专家通过课程和专题报告介绍等离子体物理领域的前沿进展、研究热点和未来发展方向,从不同角度研讨等离子体物理领域前沿科学和关键问题,欢迎全校感兴趣的师生参加。对于参加课程的研究生我们将颁发结业证书和学分证明。

The 6th Sino-Russia Workshop and The 2nd Summer School on Plasma Physics and Applications

为积极响应国家“一带一路”倡议,深入贯彻黑龙江省政府指示精神,将俄罗斯顶尖高校的优质教育资源引入龙江,切实推进与俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立大学开展全面合作,2015年10月1日,哈尔滨工业大学与圣彼得堡国立大学合作成立了“中俄等离子体物理应用技术联合研究中心”。中心中方负责人为王晓钢教授,俄方负责人为Anatoly Kudryavtsev教授。中心集中了哈尔滨工业大学等离子体方向相关研究团队,依托于哈尔滨工业大学物理学院、能源学院、电气工程及自动化学院、空间环境与物质科学研究院、材料学院的等离子体研究团队,联合圣彼得堡国立大学物理学院、地球物理系相关等离子体研究团队,在学术交流、科学研究、人才联合培养等方面,开展了密切合作,取得了一系列成果。在科学研究方面,双方围绕空间等离子体、低温等离子体产生和应用技术、等离子体数值模拟等方向开展了联合研究。获得了外专局外专项目、国家自然基金委合作交流项目等支持,联合发表学术论文70余篇,在IOP出版社联合出版英文专著1部,授权国家发明专利1项。在学生联合培养方面,每年派出2-3名博士生到圣彼得堡国立大学进行联合培养,俄方也定期组织博士生来我校进行短期交流和访问。2019年获得了留学基金委“创新型人才国际合作培养项目”的支持。中心形成了稳定的学术交流机制,每年召开学术研讨会并成立了学术委员会,迄今已经组织了5届学生研讨会,并在2018年成功组织了第一届暑期学校。2020年,中心将组织第六届云端学术研讨会暨第二届研究生暑期学校,会议邀请了来自莫斯科国立大学、圣彼得堡国立大学、西弗吉尼亚大学、中东技术大学、哈尔滨工业大学等高校等离子体领域国际知名学者,就等离子体理论、等离子体诊断和等离子体数值模拟等进行授课,并组织了低温等离子体应用技术和空间等离子体物理两个分会。欢迎相关领域的研究生和从事等离子体科学与及技术研究的同行参与。

(1)Anatoly Kudryavtsev教授
Anatoly Kudryavtsev教授国际知名的气体放电及等离子体应用专家,是俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立大学物理系教授。是“中俄等离子体物理应用技术联合研究中心”,俄方负责人,跟我校等离子体物理研究有长期合作。目前在研科研项目多项,其中多数为国际合作科研项目。其出版专著4部,国际发明专利5个,在国际权威期刊发表学术论文200多篇(均为SCI收录论文,含多篇PRL、APL及POP等国际顶尖专业期刊论文),其中含有多篇ESI高被引论文(是入选具有高H指数俄罗斯科学家‘共1775名’之一)
(2)Vladimir Demidov教授
Vladimir Demidov现为西弗吉尼亚大学教授,博士毕业于圣彼得堡国立大学,长期从事等离子体物理化学及等离子体系统研究,在气体放电、等离子体电子设备、复杂等离子体、等离子体电磁相互作用等离子体诊断等具有丰富的研究经验。发表学术论文200余篇,是美国国家科学研究委员会高级研究员,美国西弗吉尼亚大学研究教授,空军实验室首席科学家,美国物理学会会员,美国能源部、国家科学基金会等基金评委,Plasma Sources Sci. Technol., Rev. Sci. Instrum., IEEE Trans. Plasma Sci., Physics of Plasmas, J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys.,and Plasma Phys. Control. Fusion等国际等离子体物理杂志评委。
(3)Vladimir L. Bychkov教授
Vladimir L. Bychkov教授为莫斯科国立大学首席科学家,长期从事等离子体物理,是俄罗斯球放电协会会长,国际球放电协会副主席,是俄罗斯自然科学院院士,出版专著10余部,发表论文200余篇,获得俄罗斯自然科学院V.I.Vernadsky银奖,850年莫斯科科学成就政府奖 (Government medal in memory 850 years of Moscow for achievements in science)。撰写的专著《Mathematical modeling of electromagnetic and gravitation phenomena by the method of mechanics of continuous media》被授予科教发展突出贡献奖(was awarded at the competition of works of M/V/ Lomonosov Moscow state university for outstanding feature for development of science and education).
(4)Ismail Rafatov教授
Ismail Rafatov是中东技术大学教授,是国际等离子体物理数值模拟专家,长期从事等离子体物理、气体放电等数值模拟研究工作,发表学术论文100余篇。在国际等离子体物理会议上作邀请报告、口头报告20余次,承担土耳其等国家基金10余项,获得French Embassy Scholarship for Visiting Researchers (2017),TÜBİTAK’s NATO-PC Advanced Fellowship (2004),FOM’s (Fundamenteel Onderzoek der Materie) Research Fellowship (2003),ERCIM’s (European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics) Postdoctoral Research Fellowship (2002)等荣誉。
- 王晓钢 教授
王晓钢,哈尔滨工业大学物理学院教授,国家大科学工程指挥部空间等离子体环境模拟研究系统首席科学家;美国哥伦比亚大学博士、国家磁约束核聚变专家委员会委员、中国物理学会等离子体物理分会主任、美国物理学会会士(APS Fellow);长期从事等离子体物理研究,在聚变与空间等离子体物理的磁重联研究和复杂等离子体中波和不稳定性研究方面取得了具有国际影响力的研究成果。曾任美国哥伦比亚大学副研究员、美国Iowa大学研究员,大连理工大学特聘教授、高科技研究院院长,北京大学教授、等离子体物理与聚变研究所所长,国际权威性学术期刊J Geophys. Res-Space, Associate Editor和Plasma Phys.Contr F.编委等。
- Evgeny Bogdanov副教授
Evgeny Bogdanov副教授是国际知名的气体放电及等离子体数值模拟专家,是俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立大学物理学系副教授。目前研究方向包括:非局域电子动力学,低温非平衡等离子体输运过程,以及低温等离子体数值模拟等。在国际权威期刊发表学术论文60多篇(均为SCI收录论文,含多篇PRL、APL及POP等国际顶尖专业期刊论文),其中含有多篇ESI高被引论文。
- Almaz Saifutdinov 副教授
Almaz Saifutdinov 副教授是俄罗斯喀山国立研究技术大学普通物理系副教授,曾经在圣彼得堡国立大学从事博士后和资深研究员工作。长期从事气体放电等离子体诊断技术、微放电等离子体产生,利用放电等离子体EDF实现气体分析等相关研究。承担RFBR、Grant of the Russian Federation等项目十余项,在国际权威期刊发表学术论文30多篇,授权专利3项。
