一、大赛简介
录取通知书是来华留学生收到来自异国他乡的大学的第一份礼物，有着不同寻常的意义。它不仅是一纸通知，更是一张诠释与传承哈工大精神的名片。为更好地通过录取通知书让来华留学生感受哈工大的深厚内涵，展示我们在校留学生的工大情怀，特举办哈工大来华留学生录取通知书设计赛。
The Admission Notice is a meaningful gift to international students from HIT. Not only is the Admission Notice an admission, but this is a symbol of HIT’s spirits. To fully express the passion for HIT, Admission Notice Design Competition will be held by the College of International Education.
二、参赛资格
在校留学生及毕业留学生校友可以个人或团队形式报名参赛。
Qualification:
HIT enrolled international students and international programme alumni.
三、时间设置
1.投稿阶段：2018年03月06日—2018年04月07日；
2.评审阶段：2018年04月08日—04月14日；
3.各项时间以国际教育学院最终公布为准。
Schedule:
Submission: March 6, 2018 – April 7, 2018
Review: April 8, 2018 - April 14, 2018
四、比赛内容
设计哈尔滨工业大学来华留学生录取通知书。
Content: Admission Notice Design for International Students.
五、作品要求
1.作品可采用手绘、Adobe Photoshop或相关软件制作、摄影等途径设计；
2.所提交稿件必须是一个完整的、多角度的录取通知书设计作品；
3.设计蕴含哈工大特色和哈工大元素，体现哈工大的人文素养和科学精神；
4. 哈工大校徽、校名、官方微信二维码等特定素材可向办公室索取；
5. 原创作品，无仿冒和侵犯他人知识产权的行为。
Works Requirements:
A. Submissions can be designed via handwriting,
Adobe Photoshop, photography or related software.
B. The submitted work should be completed.
C. Information about HIT should be included, such as
HIT characteristics to express HIT’s spirits.
D. All work must be original.
六、投稿要求
1.投稿时间为：2018年03月06日—2018年04月07日；
2.报名作品以“护照姓名+所在学院”命名；
3.作品稿件以图片格式（JPEG格式）和源文件提交；
4.作品提交到gjykangni@hit.edu.cn 收到确认邮件则为投稿成功。
Submission Requirements:
A. Submission date is between March 6th 2018 and April 7th 2018.
B. The title of the submission should be “passport name+ School”
C. The format should be JPG.
D. Please submit the work to gjykangni@hit.edu.cn and a confirmation email be sent to you .
七、奖项设置
1.一等奖1名，奖金+精美纪念品+新版录取通知书（纪念）+荣誉证书；
2.二等奖2名，奖金+新版录取通知书（纪念）+荣誉证书；
3.三等奖3名，精美纪念品+新版录取通知书（纪念）+荣誉证书；
4.优胜奖若干，精美纪念品。
