报告人简介：洪祖全，美国加州大学洛杉矶分校博士，台北科技大学特聘教授，现任台北科技大学技专校院招生策进总会执行长。1990-1992年期间，担任核能工程师，任职于美国阿贡实验室。2008年以后，担任台北科技大学教授和机械与电气工程学院副院长。2016年被授予“杰出教授”称号。主要研究领域包括：有机朗肯循环（ORC）、计算流体动力学（CFD）、被动传热和核能工程等。发表论文中的3篇关于ORC的文章在全球的引用超过1500次。迄今为止，共发表了100余篇期刊论文和180余篇会议论文。
Speaker Profile: Prof. Hung Tzu-Chen was a Ph.D. graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is the Distinguished Professor of the Taipei University of Science and Technology. And he is currently the Executive Director of the Admissions and Admissions Association of Taipei University of Technology. From 1990 to 1992, he worked as a nuclear power engineer at the Argonne Laboratory in the United States. After 2008, he served as a professor at Taipei University of Science and Technology and a deputy dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. In 2016, he was awarded the title of “Outstanding Professor”. His main research areas include: Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Passive Heat Transfer, and Nuclear Energy Engineering. Three of his published papers on ORC have been cited more than 1,500 times worldwide. To date, more than 100 journal articles and more than 180 conference papers have been published.
