报告人简介：翁博博士于2006年在北京航空航天大学获得材料科学与工程专业学士学位，2012年12月，她在澳大利亚伍伦贡大学获得化学博士学位。翁博于2016年10月加入Wiley，目前担任 Macromolecular Rapid Communications期刊主编, 以及Advanced Materials期刊的副主编。
报告摘要：A highly competitive research environment with increasingly limited research funding has created a “Publish or Perish” attitude among scientists who are judged on the quantity rather than quality of their research articles. This presentation provides a brief overview of current trends and challenges in scientific publishing, some ethical considerations, and how the publishing arena is being transformed. Tips will be presented on how to select an appropriate journal for your paper, and hints for increasing the discoverability of your paper after publication.
